TIDE POOLS MALA

The Tide Pools Mala was inspired by the playful lamp work glass beads in this piece. It celebrates life, both the creation of life on Earth and in our lives and families. I imagine the burgeoning life in tide pools where there is the rush of waves and an abundance of nutrients to support teaming life. Going to tide pools today I love looking for all the creatures that live there, a microcosm of in their own little universes. Observing these little universes, it’s easy to imagine another being looking down into ours and watching us dart around and smiling to themselves as we do. What a celebration life is. This mala is a reminder to live in the moment and to cherish the little things. For our time here in this lifetime is ephemeral and we are given this gift of experiencing all that is has to offer.

The Tide Pools Mala is made with genuine 8 mm Tridacna Shell, Amazonite, and Laguna Lace Agate beads. Lampwork bead side markers and an Amazonite Top marker are placed at the 27th stations in the Tibetan style in this piece to gently remind you where you are in your meditation and mantras as well as bring a natural flow to the piece. The piece is hand knotted and finished with a beautiful Lampwork Glass guru bead and Amazonite focal bead. It is finished with a tassel handmade by me. Made with loving intention for you.
