THE SHIELDING LIGHT MALA

The Shielding Light Mala was born from my desire to create a strong general protection piece. The energy that resonates from this mala is palpable and I feel at peace just holding it. Using Smoky Quartz, Rainbow Obsidian and Black Tourmaline, each of these are well known to absorb and dispel negative energies. I wanted to use Rainbow Obsidian as it's gentler than Black Obsidian, but still imparts a strong protective energy with the addition of hope. Bringing optimism, it allows one to be optimistic and be engaged in tis world. Created during a period of Mercury in Retrograde, I felt this immediately upon creating this piece. Smoky Quartz adds the additional benefit of grounding and cleansing energies in addition to its protective qualities and Black Tourmaline is renowned for its protective and healing energy providing relief from anxiety. I was pulled to add Super Seven to this amazing protection piece to aid the soul in achieving clarity, guidance and inspiration. This beautiful mala will be an amazing protector for its owner. 

There is nothing I cannot overcome. 

The Shielding Light Mala is a hand knotted Mala made with 8 mm genuine Smoky Quartz, faceted Black Tourmaline, Rainbow Obsidian, and Super Seven beads totaling 108 in number. Amethyst side markers and a faceted Clear Quartz top marker are placed after the 27th positions in the Tibetan style in this piece to gently remind you where you are in your meditation and mantras as well as bring a natural flow to the piece.  The piece is hand knotted and finished with a gorgeous Black Agate guru bead. Made with love and intention for you.
