SHADES OF LABRADORITE MALA

Lore of the Inuit peoples claim Labradorite fell from the frozen fire of the Aurora Borealis, an ordinary stone that transforms to the extraordinary, shimmering in a mystical light that separates the waking world from unseen realms. It is, in every sense, a Stone of Magic, a crystal of shamans, diviners, healers, and all who travel and embrace the universe seeking knowledge and guidance. For self-discovery, it is excellent for awakening one's own awareness of inner spirit, intuition and psychic abilities. Meditating with Labradorite allows one to recognize humanity as "being of light," transcending limitations of the past and thoughts of the future, and embracing the infinite possibilities of the moment. It allows one to "be" and rest assured the light is always there, surrounding and pure. This is truly a magical mala to own. 

This mala is made with 8 mm labradorite beads totaling 108 in number. The labradorite in this piece has multiple tones with light grey, medium grey, and dark blue stones as well as a faceted mystic coated bead. The flashes of light on this mala are incredible. Impossible to capture its true beauty on photos! Sterling silver markers are placed after the 27th positions in the Tibetan style in this piece to gently remind you where you are in your meditation and mantras as well as bring a natural flow to the piece.  The piece is finished with an amazing abalone shell guru with sterling silver accents. The mala is hand knotted and finished off with a beautiful custom blended multicolored silk tassel, hand made by me to complement the colors in this mala.
