FULL MOON MALA 12/22/2018

Full Moon Mala celebrating and charged under the December Full Moon 2018! I was inspired both by the proximity of this full moon to the Winter Solstice and beads here are chosen both for their spirit in representing this month’s “Cold Moon,” but also for the loving and giving energy of the holidays. The Snowflake Obsidian is perfect for a background of the starry sky. The shell of course, a touch of the islands. The warmth of the Rose Quartz represents not only the warmer light near Earth as opposed to the glowy moonlight represented here by the White Agate, but also the love in the air as we celebrate and look forward to the New Year.

These malas were created at the time of the Full Moon and are made with Tridacna Shell, pale Madagascar Rose Quartz, faceted Snowflake Obsidian, icy Prehnite, and White Agate with Silver plated Hematite side spacers and a star shaped Rose Quartz top marker. The guru is a beautiful Mother of Pearl pendant.
